Rates and Policies
- $300/night for 6 people, minimum of 6 nights.
- Saturday or Sunday check-in days only.
- $50/night per additional person, no charge for under 3 years of age.
- $500 security deposit due at booking. Refunded two weeks after departure.
- Payment in full in advance, 60 days prior to arrival.
- cancellation refund if able to book in full.
- 9.8% tax rate
